Avicii – “Heaven”
Avicii’s posthumous album, TIM, was released on Thursday and the emotions are still heavy. The album feels dark and haunting but beautiful at the same time. “Heaven” is a song that was first created by Avicii in 2014. The track is sung by Coldplay’s Chris Martin, but it dives deep into some of Avicii’s darkest and innermost thoughts. The song is about being saved by love. Looking back on Avicii’s life and death now, those thoughts all come with heavy feelings. The song is upbeat and everything one could expect from a classic Avicii song, it just comes with darker undertones after his tragic death.
