Coachella's Neon Carnival Goes Country!

Written by Taylor Rumm. Published: April 22 2019

Neon Carnival is celebrating their 10th anniversary this year by making their debut in the wild wild west! They have extended their stay in the desert for one more week to bring the hottest neon party to Stagecoach on April 27, 2019. Neon Carnival is teaming up with Pokémon: Detective Pikachu and the LG Mobile Experience to give festival-goers a twist on the classic Coachella Neon Carnival experience. Guests can expect performances from DJ Kayper, DJ Ruckus, and country music DJ Dee Jay Silver.

Never been to Neon Carnival before? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Here are a few highlights of what have happened at previous Neon Carnivals!

Lots and lots of games

Neon Carnival is known to have some of the best carnival-style games in the desert. They will also have bumper cars lit up with neon lights, photo booths, and much more.

Amusement park rides…but better

One of the featured rides at Stagecoach’s Neon Carnival will be a Pokémon: Detective Pikachu-themed Ferris Wheel. And if you haven’t already guessed, it will definitely be neon.

Dance the night away

If you didn’t get to show off all of your moves during Sam Hunt’s set list, don’t worry! You will have plenty of time to dance your boots off while the featured DJs play the hottest tracks.

Celebrity Sightings

Don’t be surprised if you see some familiar faces when you are on the dance floor! A-list celebrities like Drake, Justin Bieber, and Kendall Jenner have all been spotted at Coachella’s Neon Carnival.

If you already have your wristband for Stagecoach but don’t have an invite to Neon Carnival, you may have a chance of getting in! Although 8,000 party attendees may sound like a lot, the majority of Neon Carnival’s invites get filled up by influencers and people working in the entertainment industry. But, for the first neon desert hoedown, you can request to be added to the guestlist on Neon Carnival’s website!
