Rapper Waka Flocka Flame had double the reason to celebrate his birthday on Friday (31May13) after proposing to his girlfriend.
The No Hands hitmaker popped the question to Tammy Rivera, but instead of presenting her with a diamond engagement ring, they decided to get tattoos of each other's name on their ring fingers.
The bride-to-be shared a photo of the skin art on her Instagram.com
page on Friday as she sent her 27-year-old beau birthday
