Julie Delpy rages at imaginary chatting filmgoer in new PSA
Written by . Published: June 02 2013
Before Midnight co-stars Julie Delpy and Ethan Hawke have shot a public service video for a Texas cinema reminding film fans to turn off their cellphones and pagers.
In the Alamo Drafthouse advert, Delpy breaks off from a chat with her movie partner to reprimand a rude filmgoer for chatting away on his cell.
Looking straight into the camera, she rages in French, "Wouldn't
you mind stopping talking on the phone now...? You've been yapping
about for the last half hour."
As Hawke attempts to calm her down, she switches to English and
says, "He's talking and texting at the same time. Is this your
living room?"
She then adds, "What the f**k is your problem, man? Get the f**k
outta this place."
