Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin's daughter lands major modelling deal

Hollywood couple Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin's daughter has landed a major modelling deal with Elite.

Delilah Belle Hamlin, 18, has just signed on as the newest member of the top modelling agency's beauty roster.

The teenager, who has appeared on mum's reality show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, wasn't allowed to model until she turned 17 - but she isn't wasting any time making a name for herself.

"My mom didn't let me model until I was 17," she recently told Teen Vogue magazine. "She knew the culture and the industry because she's been in it for so long, and she didn't really want me to get in it too early.

"She wanted me to mature more and understand things more, and not be so naive going into it. It is a difficult culture with body type and body image, and she wanted me to wait until I was older."

Delilah, who turned 18 in June (16), is also a singer and she has dreams of following her parents into acting - and Rinna is far from surprised.

She has been raving about her eldest daughter's talents for years - when she was just 10, Lisa spotted something special about her when her kid appeared as Snoopy in a school production of You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown.

"She stole the show, and I'm not just saying that," the proud mum said.

Lisa and Harry have dabbled in the fashion industry themselves - they owned and operated hip boutique Belle Gray in Sherman Oaks, California until three heists in 45 days back in 2010 took the fun out of their business.

Looking back, Mad Men star Harry admits it's still somewhat of a joke that someone like him once co-owned a fashion boutique.

"I'm not at all a clotheshorse," he adds. "You will never find me in a store. Most of the stuff I have I either got from movies I'm in or Lisa bought for me.

"The clothing business came up when we were sitting at the kitchen table looking at In Style magazine and there was a photo of Lisa that said, 'Always stylish Lisa Rinna', and I said, 'You're in the magazines for your clothes, we should do something about that'. And we started a retail business for eight years until we were robbed out of it, literally."
