Lady Gaga left stunned by pushy autograph hunter

Lady Gaga had a near miss with an overzealous autograph hunter in a hotel lobby this week (begs13Aug12) - her bodyguard had to tackle the fan to the ground in front of the shocked Poker Face hitmaker.

The singer is in Bucharest, Romania for a show on Thursday night (16Aug12), and fans flocked to her hotel in an effort to catch a glimpse of their idol.

However, one male fan incurred the wrath of Gaga's security team after he raced into the reception area through the revolving entrance doors to try and obtain the singer's autograph.

In video footage obtained by TMZ.com, the star strides through the lobby and is confronted by the fan wanting her signature - but two burly men tackle him to the ground before the singer, who jumped in fright and looked slightly stunned by the turn of events, could grant his wish.

Gaga was then escorted out to her car by one of the bodyguards.
