Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel to reprise Frozen roles

Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel are returning as Anna and Elsa for a new set of Frozen Lego shorts.

The pair enjoyed huge success voicing the characters in the 2013 animated movie, which has become one of Disney's biggest hits.

And Disney has now announced the upcoming release of new story Frozen Northern Lights, which will feature in a book series and four-part animated Lego shorts that will air on the Disney Channel later this year (16). Meanwhile, the first tome in the book series will hit shelves in July (16).

Josh Gad and Jonathan Groff will also be back as Olaf the snowman and Kristoff respectively for the Lego shorts.

After the news was revealed, Josh posted a video message expressing his excitement about Olaf's comeback.

"I’m so unbelievably excited to be back as Olaf," he said in the footage. "I think fans love Olaf because he’s funny, loyal and a great friend. And going on any adventure with him is always fun.

"I fell in love with Frozen because of the amazing story, characters, music, and I’m so honored to continue to be a part of it. My kids also happen to be huge fans and it’s really special to voice one of their favorite characters."
