Kim Kardashian has settled a lawsuit brought by a man over a car crash in 2014.
Rafael Linares claimed he suffered multiple injuries and damaged his car in the accident, which happened on Los Angeles' Sunset Strip.
The reality TV star countered that the damage from the crash was minimal and that her Mercedes Benz G-Wagon was also damaged.
According to editors at TMZ.com, the lawsuit has now been settled without Kim paying a penny, as her insurers have paid out an undisclosed sum and the case has been dismissed.
