Justin Bieber contacts Bill Clinton after mop video
Justin Bieber has reportedly made amends with Bill Clinton after apparently cursing at a photo of the former President in a shocking new video.
The Baby hitmaker came under fire on Wednesday (10Jul13) after footage emerged online showing a young man who looks a lot like Bieber relieving himself in a mop bucket in the kitchen of a New York City restaurant.
The controversial clip, reportedly shot earlier this year (13),
ends with the Bieber lookalike spraying cleaning fluid on a framed
picture of Clinton and shouting "F**k Bill Clinton!"
The singer has yet to confirm whether he is indeed the star of the
film, but reports suggest Bieber reached out to Clinton to
apologize after the footage spread across the web.
Bieber appeared to confirm speculation he had been in touch with
the former White House leader by sending him a message via
Twitter.com, writing, "Bill Clinton thanks for taking the time to
talk Mr. President. Your words meant alot (sic). Great guy."
A source tells E! News Clinton wasn't offended by the stunt and
even assured Bieber, "If that is the worst thing you have ever
done, all is well."
Earlier on Wednesday, Bieber appeared to show remorse for the
controversy when he tweeted, "In life u (you) will make mistakes
and people will try and tear u down... but u gotta stay positive.
Stay strong.. and learn to be better... and... always live to serve
others and The Lord. Growing every day."
