Jessica Chastain will be mid-air when Oscar nominees are announced

Zero Dark Thirty star Jessica Chastain will face a nervous wait to find out if she's among the 2013 Oscar nominees on Thursday (10Jan13) - she'll be in the sky when the nods are announced in Hollywood.

The actress, who was a Best Supporting Actress nominee last year (12) for The Help, has emerged as a favorite to take home the Best Actress prize next month (Feb12), but she won't know if her name is called - because she'll be flying between New York and Los Angeles.

She says, "I am probably going to be looking at the stewardesses to see if they're extra nice to me."
