Halle Berry hopes to give daughter European cultural education

Halle Berry is hoping a move to her fiance's native Paris, France will to expand her daughter's cultural education - as well as keep her safe from the paparazzi.

The actress is fighting her ex Gabriel Aubry over plans to move to Europe after a series of run-ins with photographers outside their daughter Nahla's school.

And she tells WENN there's more at stake than just her child's wellbeing - she hopes to take her on weekend trips to Europe's cultural capitals from a base in Paris.

Berry explains, "In Europe there's a way that we can travel around more easy. We can go to Rome for the weekend, we can go to

Capri, we can go to Prague, we can go to Corsica. There's so many things. We can go to Barcelona - all in a weekend.

"The opportunities my daughter would have to grow and to learn and to be a citizen of the world will multiply. And we can always come to New York and come to Los Angeles just as easily too.

"So, I think in the long run, while my motivation is to protect her (Nahla) I think it will really enrich her life and really affect who she'll become in life."
