Eddie Cibrian's marriage to Brandi Glanville is officially over - a Los Angeles judge has signed off on their divorce papers.
The former CSI: Miami star left Glanville last year (09) after coming clean about his affair with singer/actress LeAnn Rimes.
And Eddie Cibrian is now legally single - legal papers were filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday (30Sep10) declaring the end of their nine-year marriage, reports TMZ.com.
The ex-couple shares custody of its sons Mason, seven, and Jake, three.
The actor has since moved in with Rimes, whose own divorce from dancer Dean Sheremet was finalised in June (10).
