The guitar Coldplay star Chris Martin used to record the band's debut album is expected to fetch an estimated $14,400 at auction.
The rocker bought the acoustic model, his first, in Devon, England and used it throughout his time at the University College London, where he met future bandmate Jonny Buckland.

to go under the hammer at Bonhams auction house in London on 24
