Chace Crawford hurt in fall

Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford spent the New Year (12) holiday under the care of doctors after taking a tumble at a nightclub in Miami, Florida, according to a report.

The actor was partying at club Liv at the Fontainebleau Hotel when he reportedly slipped on ice and fell over.

Chace Crawford was left with cuts and bruises and needed several stitches to a wound on his face, according to New York Post gossip column PageSix.

A source tells the publication "He slipped, hit his face and ended up with a cut and bruises. He ended up spending New Year's Eve partying with friends in his suite."
