August Alsina awakes from three-day coma
Rising R&B star August Alsina has reached out to fans from his hospital bed after waking up from a three-day coma following his concert collapse in New York on Monday night (15Sep14).
The No Love singer lost consciousness midway through his performance and stumbled off stage and into the crowd.
He was admitted to a local medical center, where Alsina's
representative revealed he was being treated in an intensive care
unit after suffering several seizures brought on by exhaustion and
dehydration.
He has since regained consciousness and has wasted no time in
assuring fans he is on the road to recovery via Instagram.com.
On Friday (19Sep14), Alsina shared a photo of himself in his
hospital bed with his best friend by his side, and in the caption,
he wrote, "This is a bit graphic but i wanted to share this w/

October (14) are still live on his website.
