Hey, what's going on? I'm Chad with Young Hollywood. And obviously, my favorite midnight beverage, Vitaminwater. I'm standing here with the stars of Freebies, Dax Shepard and Kaze Azelton. Katie Azelton, you know, I pronounce it right. Let's take it from the top. Now, Dax, let's go to, you, you uttered the following tweet. I said it may be the only movie I'll ever be in that could be described as beautiful. You're over 140 characters this now but, it was some version of that.
Your physique in When in Rome, in my opinion, was very beautiful. I think guys actually, as a guy, you think girls are into that, they're not. More dudes are into it than girls. I was flying here and some dude just walked by me on the airplane, he's like, big ups to your trainer, bro. I was like, oh, you know, okay. Great.
looking great. there knew about the body. Just the dude. I know. And I was actually, I I really enjoyed it in Baby Mama, too. It was a little bit different.
Different. It was more Hillbilly. It was a little heavier. Uh, a little bulkier.
Yeah. And Katie, you're making your directorial debut. How does that feel slash actress? That's big.
It's awesome.
Okay. But I mean, you have to be your own judge out there. You got to like,
No, that's not true, cuz I surrounded myself with an amazing group of of fantastic regular. Nope. It's not working. Let's try again. Oh, never, never happen.
I was. I was blown away. You were amazing. I was hourly. He's a guy who made Justin Timberlake cry, my favorite episode, by the way. Punk.
Yeah, yeah. No, but my DP and my editor and and my sound guy was amazing. And my producer. And he's incredibly charming. You should come in the show. I'm doing great. Thanks. Ladies, get a second pair of pants ready. I'm single. I had a great group of of people who helped contribute to telling the story. And so, it wasn't as scary as it should have been.
Oh, that's good. I read a little synopsis and it says, you know, two people take a day off. No questions asked. kind of something like that. So what is the film? Give us a little bit about it.
Uh, it's about a married couple who is having a slump in their sex life and they decide that it could be something to spice up and uh, reignite the old flame. And they both kind of think they're good enough communicators that even if it goes bad, they'll be able to talk their way out of it. And obviously, we get more than we bargained for. But they're a good couple actually. Like, they're sort of like the couple that you're like, why why they do that because and it's like when you over tinker with something and then you just ruin it. It's all ruined.
Happens to the best of us. We thank you so much for your time, Katie. Dax, it's a pleasure to meet you as well.
