re-enact the reaction when you found out that the Wizards were returning.
Oh my gosh, really? Yes, of course I'm in. Oh my gosh, are we going to Italy for real? No, okay. Well, I still want to do it. Okay. Oh my god, that's so exciting.
Okay, um it was Really? That was It's like you were pondering it for a second.
Uh, I think you always have to ponder career decisions. Yeah. And we've
But it turned into a smile at the end.
I'm a pretty uh internal person, so it probably didn't look like anything. So it was like Yeah, it was really I was really excited and after I read the script, I got even more excited because it's it's a really good story. You know what I mean?
And you get to go to Italy.
Italy and Santa Clarita, California. It's a Santa Clarita. Uh, yeah, I feel changed. The people were so, their culture is so different.
What can fans expect? Is it is it sort of a departure from the show? Is it bigger? How is it different?
I think bigger is the right word for it. I keep saying it's like a an episode of Wizards because it's got the same heart and it's got the same humor and of course my character Harper is still wearing just as crazy themed stuff.
If you could raid anybody's closet and own it, put a spell on them, steal their clo steal their wardrobe, who would it be?
Oh, Halle Berry.
Mmm, that's a good one. J-Lo has fabulous clothes too. Favorite Italian dish?
Favorite Italian dish is lobster ravioli.
Are you are you a good cook? Can you cook?
The worst cook in the world.
Oh, really?
I can make a mean PB and J. American cuisine, I cut the 1-in slit perfectly.
Well, I went to Rome earlier this year.
Oh.
Uh, and I mean the pizza's amazing. You know. Just like the the the proshetto.
Yes. Yeah, I tried to do the accent, but it didn't
I noticed that. It was good. It was good. So so yeah. I love uh like a spinach ravioli in a pink sauce with prosciutto.
I would say pasta with clams.
Oh. Spicy, not spicy?
A little spicy.
So shooting on a show where primarily the actors are a little bit younger, does it make you sort of feel more mature and more fatherly or does it allow you to sort of be a little more immature?
There were times in the beginning of the show where they would come to me with some questions, you know. So I was like a a fake surrogate father to the to the kids, you know. And now the gap has closed a little bit. Well, I mean no, it's we'll become friends, you know. I I really respect their work ethic and and all of the kids on the show are wise and mature beyond their years.
If you could make one actor appear on set that you get to act opposite in this special. A special. Oh, in this special. Bring any actor.
Oh, that'd be funny. Oh, I'd like to bump into Gerard Butler. He was just in our studio. You should hang out at the Young Hollywood Studio more. I don't know what he'd do in our Wizard special, but
You'd find something for him.
I'll find something for him to do. I would love David Henry to be a part of this. Uh but I totally understand and respect the fact that he's, you know, working and doing other stuff. I I I think the world of him, we all do. He's such a great kid.
If you could cast a spell on any one of your cast members before the end of this shoot, who would it be and what would you do?
Jennifer Stone to not swear anymore. Really? I no, I would cast the spell on Greg Sulkin not to be so handsome. Because he makes me look bad.
I would probably cast it on uh on David DeLuise because and this is going to sound so stupid. But I love his laugh. Yes. So maybe, you know, a spell for me to be funnier so he would laugh more. I don't know. I think the one person I'd like to cast a spell on would probably be David DeLuise. I always feel David
He's a popular choice.
Oh, he's because he's like he's the prankster, you know, he's always up for a laugh. He though he could be my dad, but I don't see him as a dad. I see him as like an older brother. I'd just kind of hang out with him.
He would like to hear that, I'm sure.
Yeah. Oh, he'd love that. And, you know, to to kind of joke around with him. So, um what would I like to do to him? It'd be something to do with a female. I'd like to get, you know, I'd like to get a female involved in the situation, but I don't know what yet.
