Young Hollywood

Oh, that's how you I was following her. She looked good doing that. Do it again. Wow.

Xochitl Gomez

Yeah. This is also new for me.

Val Chmerkovskiy

I haven't seen her since yesterday. So this is what we love about the process. She comes home. She she does her homework, she comes back, and she's miles ahead of what she was yesterday. Could do that again. That was sexy. Wait. Oh, I want this. I want fingers. I want oh. Oh. Oh. Drama. Drama. Arrogance. Let's say, let's start from the top. Okay. Here we go. The other thing about possible improvement for Mango. We're going to grab third and step. Five, six, seven, eight. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. Oh!

Young Hollywood

Wow. That was hot. How do you feel?

Val Chmerkovskiy

I want you to get. Well, look, here's the thing. We want to go for strong. Energy in your fingers. Your fingers. Okay. See like, I think fierce. Yeah. Not the metaphor of, but just yes. Whatever gets you there. Whatever gets you there. Whatever gets you. Listen. It's a dance that came from, you know, a sense of agony. This was done by by people that were living in poverty. Under little porches. And they got together. This dance was a way of them expressing that frustration with their circumstances. You know, and so a lot of the energy, the shapes and the and and the shape of their bodies is inspired by that. So it's not just, you know, there's a real real culture behind it. You know? And so that's what I want to introduce her to as well. Not just teach her a dance, but teach her why we do this dance, why we dance the way we do, why we take the shapes that we take.

Young Hollywood

Good history lesson. It was great. I didn't know that.

Val Chmerkovskiy

history lessons all the time. That was amazing. That's amazing. I love it. I love it. Ha. Come on. Go. Teamwork. That is fun. Uh oh. And then we won't let you go without doing the quintessential finish, right? So we're going to do a little dip.

Young Hollywood

How would you do that? How do they define a little? Show me. What's

Val Chmerkovskiy

So we want to go out. Okay. Then we want to turn. You guys do that well. Do it again for me. No. No, okay. your turn. Here we go. Out. Turn. We. So, but the structure is there. Oh. The structure's there. A little less enthusiasm. A little Let's get a nuance. So right here for instance, we're not going to just lift up our leg. So, what are we going to do with that leg? Oh. Beautiful. You see how So it's not so much about you going all the way there. It's about you going down. And then your arms. Yeah. I like it. And now the left. Nice. Cool. Now, what what what are your fingers saying here?

Xochitl Gomez

Help me.

Val Chmerkovskiy

You're saying, help me. Energy. Energy. Oh. Your hands and fingers, the most expressive thing outside of your face. Wait. So squeeze. Yeah, like squeeze marshmallows. Here we go. Five, six, seven, eight. One. Hey. Cool. You get a ten.

Xochitl Gomez

Oh. This is tougher than I thought. This is tough.

Val Chmerkovskiy

Don't let the tone make you feel anything else. You guys, you guys are the stars. Take it away, please. Take it away. Take it away. Take it away. Take it away. Oh.
