Jace Norman Gives DJ Khaled Sliming Tips for the KCAs

What's going on guys? Hanging with me right now I have Jace Norman. Woohoo! Whoop whoop.

Well, it's good because I'm talking to you.

Good. And we're here, we're here at the Kid's Choice Awards. Yep. Congratulations Jace because you're nominated again for Henry Danger and you're presenting. So how does it feel?

It feels good. I've never presented before. So that's kind of exciting and uh nominated we'll see, we'll see. The Kid's Choice Awards is always really fun. Lots of uh lots of energy and so um I'm excited.

So this definitely isn't your first rodeo. Do you still get like nervous walking on stage like I might trip or, you know, what are you gonna say?

Yeah I don't know. I don't know what I'm gonna say. I kinda I kinda think about what I'm gonna say like I want to say something kind of crazy if I win. Just like kinda spice the night up a little bit, but um other than that, not really. I mean it's you know, it's a lot of people, it's a lot of things going on. That in general stresses me out. But uh but overall, no, not really.

So DJ Khaled, he's hosting. Um you have experience in sliming people. So I want to know, do you think he's gonna be slimed? And if so, do you have any tips for him?

I do think he's gonna get slimed. Um because he's the host. All hosts get slimed. And do I have any tips? Not really. It kinda just, you know, sucks. You just gotta take a shower and sometimes your skin turns green like it stains your skin for like just like a couple days. Just take some showers, DJ Khaled.

And there's gonna be so many people here and I know you've met a ton of people being who you are, but if there's anyone that you could just have show up so you could be like what's up? Who would it be?

She's your woman crush. I knew that.

Right, just so I could say hi and we could talk about the wedding and uh kinda just figure out what's going on with that.

Well I saw on your Instagram that you love Gal Gadot. Another woman crush besides Selena Gomez.

Yes, they're my two main girls. I don't know.

Main girls. Okay, what would you say if Gal showed up?

I would say I love you and um I'm a big fan and uh can I have your number to text you about, you know, as a friend. As a friend. Just want to make that clear. As a friend. Because she's married. That's good. So I wouldn't be I would it would be weird, okay. So I'm making it weird.

you guys could be friends. Industry friends, you know?

Yeah, yeah, just hang out. Yeah.

And then also while lurking your Instagram, I saw that your Instagram bio says thank you next. I want to call you out. So you have to be an Ariana Grande fan, right?

I just thought that was funny. I don't know. I just kinda it was I was just feeling real weird and I just decided to do that. Just because it's like everybody's got their bio and like everyone does thank you next. And so I just thought I'd be like a basic, you know, girl and do that. Yeah, I like Ariana Grande and that's why I did it.

No, cuz then this is gonna be on the internet. Everyone's gonna see it and then it's gonna be a thing and then that never goes away.

Okay, fine. Aries season. Congrats. Are you an Aries too?

No, remember I'm a Virgo. And I was like I love you got mad at me for forgetting. You did. Don't you remember Jace? I told you.

Well, I put you on the spot last time because I said what do you know about being an Aries and you're like we're the best in general. Do you remember this?

I remember that. That's what I know about being an Aries. Yeah.

Well, Virgos are pretty cool too, yeah?

I would hope so, cuz you're standing next to one. Oh.

All right. Okay, but my question is have you learned anything else about being an Aries? A good positive quality?

Um independent, being independent. Yeah, I've learned that this year. Been pretty good at being independent. Um because once you're independent then you can then you're better around other people.

I like that. And you're turning the big 1-9. Independence.

Yeah, I know. I know. I'm I'm moving out my parents' house. It's getting crazy

Yeah, it's getting it's getting uh it's getting crazy. That's so exciting.

It is exciting. I'm kinda nervous. I don't know. L. A. can get kinda crazy. So I'm gonna try to not go crazy.

And last but not least, what can you tell us about The Substitute?

The Substitute is a uh hidden camera show. Um we go to a middle school and we get they dress me up in prosthetics and I basically prank these kids pretend like I'm their substitute teacher. It's really fun.

That sounds like the perfect role for you honestly.
