I'm ready. For any game.

Young Hollywood

You ready? Okay. Yeah. I have something hidden. One.

Wladimir Klitschko

Oh, I know this game so well.

Young Hollywood

Two. Three. Okay. Four. So, you're gonna wear the gloves. Correct. And I'm gonna wear the pads. Correct. Okay, let's do it. Well, this hand's gonna be the pads actually because look. Can we Can we just Let me see the size of your. It's okay. Let's see let's Can we Let's put your hand in there. So, the fact that you were heavyweight champion of the world for over a decade means you got some skill. You know how to throw a punch, right?

Wladimir Klitschko

I guess so.

Young Hollywood

Right. Okay. Do you wanna help me then?

Wladimir Klitschko

Yeah.

Young Hollywood

Okay. Okay. First, let's show everyone your size. Right now. I mean Okay. All right. Six. Five. 5'4" in 5-inch stilettos. Yeah. Okay. And as you know, it's it's it's about the heart, not about the size. You're a big man. You have a big heart. As big as this fist. I mean that's what you know, What's it like getting punched in the face, really? Like I I I've never Tell me.

Wladimir Klitschko

They always answer like, do you really wanna know? I mean, if it's a real person. Don't do it. Do you really wanna know? How should they describe it at the best? I think it's not pleasant. Who wants to be hit in the face? No. And my strategy was always safety first. Okay. Because then you can last longer. So, it doesn't mean safety first, you're kind of passive. You need to be also active. Okay. And that's what we get now. Okay. So, you gotta be active now because the best defense is offense.

Young Hollywood

The best defense is offense.

Wladimir Klitschko

Is offense. Yep. You can use that in life. Always. You gotta be always on the move. And eventually gonna get what you want. Because you are the driving force. All right. Okay. So, what's the game? What's the best way to throw a punch, block? True story, I I boxed with Sugar Ray Leonard once and he told me the key is looking good. That's all that matters. That's all that matters, looking good.

Wladimir Klitschko

I think the best that I can recommend you

Young Hollywood

Yeah.

Wladimir Klitschko

Is the shot that you're not gonna damage your hands. Okay. Yeah. So, and this is liver hook.

Young Hollywood

Liver hook.

Wladimir Klitschko

Yeah. Okay. So, and every person's liver is on his right side and you just do it like that with the left hand. Yeah. Just right here. Yeah. Boom. Yeah. Perfect. Even though I'm a right. Wow. You You do have heavy hands. I can feel it.

Young Hollywood

I've heavy hands.

Wladimir Klitschko

It's a compliment. In boxing means like you got it. You know, you have a punch. You have a punch like like you can really knock the person out. Basically. Yep. Boom. You're not even breathing. And then

Young Hollywood

No. You actually do well. All right. One, two. No. Go. Yeah. Now Now you're in the fighting stance. You can do it. You can do both. You're a really good teacher. That's a compliment. Thank you. And you are a teacher. You teach at a Swiss university. You're teaching here at Harvard.

Wladimir Klitschko

I'm sharing. I probably wanna say teaching is kinda really uh too much in this case. I'm sharing. I don't wanna teach. I don't wanna give feeling to people and participants of the study course that I've been doing for the past three years at the university in Switzerland at St. Gallen. And now I got this chance to share my method challenge management at the university in Harvard. So, it's fantastic. Um I I had such a great time and uh hopefully I'll be back. Sharing means caring. And there's a lot of experiences and um that I have collected and I'm ready to share from inside and outside of the ring.

Young Hollywood

And those are the principles that you talk about in your book.

Wladimir Klitschko

Exactly. Challenge management will help you to make out of your problems challenges.

Young Hollywood

And is it so easy to do that, though? How do you get through all the mental blocks to even get there?

Wladimir Klitschko

You're talking about mental blocks and that's exactly what people feel when they have problems in life. What is the meaning of the word problem? Frustration. But if you think about challenge, you think, hey, I'm gonna solve this puzzle. It's a challenge. It gives you kind of a boost of energy. It's not a problem. It's a challenge. And I'll get it done. So simple. Simplicity is the key. Simplicity. Boom.

Young Hollywood

Wow. You got it. You are heavy hands.
