First thing you got to do is you got to get it like you got to get it kind of there so you get the flat spot of the club. So, hold it hold it there. Yeah. But get it get it in like the strong part, yeah. And you wanna set it there so you get the angle right, okay? Okay. Now, once you get that leverage, right? You're just gonna kinda slowly kinda drop it and then you're just gonna kinda give it a little tap, okay? So, bring it a little bit closer to you, okay?

Can I hold this lower?

Yeah, you hold it lower. There you go. Yeah. And then you just kinda let it drop and you use the weight. Oh, here I got another one for you.

Okay. So, this is what we call a chip. Okay. Okay. Now, you don't have to hit these very hard. Okay. We're gonna imagine that the hole is only five yards away. So, Okay. One, two, three, four, five steps, okay? Not too far. Okay. Now, to hit a chip, you wanna get close to the golf ball. You wanna be up on top of it. Okay. You wanna get it off your right toe, okay? So once the ball is on your right toe, you're going to just slightly move your shoulders and just hit the golf ball slightly. You don't need to make a good big swing when you're hitting a chip. So I'll demonstrate here.

Just one, two. Very simple, right? Very simple. Okay. Let's see you give it a go. So take a little practice swing first.

Line it up to my toe.

Yeah. Take a little practice swing without the golf ball right back there. Yep. One, two. Yeah. Just brush the just tick the turf right there. Just tick it. There you go. Then step into it. Thai spinner. Okay. That we hit when the grass is really grainy and we can't get to the ball. Okay. Okay. Now, this is a specialty shot. It's very difficult. You might hurt somebody if you try this, but we're gonna give it a shot.

Yeah. So if you do it too hard, you might hit we don't wanna hurt anybody. Okay. So when you gotta get the ball position way far back, okay? And you gotta get very steep with the shot. So you gotta hit kinda the edge of the ball and what it's gonna do is gonna spin across the grass. Like, really? It's super cool, okay? Now, let me try that one cuz that wedge works a little bit better for me, okay?

So, I'm gonna come down here. It's just Thai spinner. It's called the Thai spinner, okay? Ready? One, two, three. Did it spin? What, you didn't hear that?

You gotta get right here. So it's gonna be open faced and you're just gonna chop. Just chop down on it. Like you're just just sticking in the ground. Yeah, that's okay. That's all right.
