What about the pizza song though? Oh yeah. Explain the story behind it. 'Cause I feel like that's like a huge, that's an interesting one.

More pizza is a it's a legendary song, I'd say, yeah. Um, we put it on a, on a like we released like a yeah, a cassette and it was like the last song on the cassette and it was like a cassette like also. Yeah. Yeah, like it was like a hidden sort of song and actually people know that song. It was like a thousand cassettes that hid in it was only in the UK, I think it was and it was um, like in different like record shops. I think it was only a Was it a thousand? A thousand. I think so, yeah. And actually, fans really like it and it's it's funny and it's pretty lyrical. We did that song for like four hours before we went on stage. Even two hours. So it was like a spontaneous, let's just

I mean it's only got like four words in it. It's Michael wants another slice. Michael wants another pizza. Duh, duh, duh. Yeah. It's like six words, yeah.

Cool. So you just you just like make that up when you were just like eating pizza. Oh thank you. Um, did you make that up when you were just eating pizza one night or how how did that even?

Um, I think being the musical geniuses that we are, I think, oh no. It was just it's just a song. We always make stupid songs. I mean there's another one coming out soon which we should probably be pretty excited for. It's gonna be good.

So okay, and then we got you're toying with your on accent right now, which I have to like what is the dynamic with you guys? 'Cause I mean you started they found you guys back in, you know, a couple years ago and you were on YouTube just doing covers. Yeah. Which is kind of crazy. Yeah. So.

We were really, um, we were saying this earlier today. YouTube was like our second priority, like we just wanted to be an amazing live band, you know? Yeah. So we'd do that and then we'd go, damn, we haven't made a YouTube cover in like two months. So we'd just we'd we'd sort of pick a song and put her own spin on it and after two takes put it online. Like that's how

Wow. Is it true that like they played pranks on you guys? Like I heard that like Harry came into your bus and just like

That was literally, yeah, it was a long time ago. Like messed things around. Yeah. This kid's nude-ly on both bands. And um, yeah, we're not proud of it.

We'll speaking speaking of which, you you recently just stripped down like recently, right? You got to barely nude.

Oh yeah. Yeah, we always do that.

I think everyone needs to know the answer to this question. 5 Seconds Of Summer: Listen, this this whole thing. Ketchup the dog. We used to we used to stay in a house uh in West Hollywood. And so we were at this house and then we used to make videos with this plastic dog. We wanted a real pet, but um we're not we're not mentally capable of having a real living animal in our you know. So we had a plastic dog and his name was Ketchup. Um and then someone. Someone broke into the house.

Did you name that? 5 Seconds Of Summer: Um, yes, we named it. I named it, yeah. I figured. Someone with a vengeance on our band broke in and stole Ketchup from under our wing. And I and I met them and they asked me to sign him. I met I met the person who stole Ketchup and they asked me to sign him. And it was like this is my And this girl broke into our house and actually take it. And marks on the wall of where she climbed over. She was crazy. She broke in and stole our beloved Ketchup. Don't just call it a plastic dog. We used to throw him in the pool. I've so many fond memories. And then he used to he used to leave him on the side to dry off because he'd fill up with water and you just And it looked like he was peeing. And it's so where is he? He's gone. This girl stole him. Sad news.
