What's up, Young Hollywood? Reba Wilson here at Acapulza concert. I'm about to head backstage. Let's go. Let's do this. What's up, Young Hollywood? Reba Wilson here backstage at Acapulza with Miss Brittany Snow. What up, y'all? Things are going good. You look so bomb and comfy all at the same time.
Oh, thanks. Yeah, it's a new it's this new pajama thing that I I'm I'm all for it. Thanks. I mean, I'm comfortable.
So, I want to know in real life, do you think you could potentially win a legit riff off?
Absolutely not. No.
I love how she was like, absolutely not. No.
No, I really couldn't. I'm not a singer. Um I think I am like when I'm drunk or something, but like
Everyone's a singer when they're drunk.
Yeah, like karaoke or something, but not but not uh in my real life. So, no, I definitely couldn't win a riff off.
Oh god. I want to know how's how's how's Miss uh Billy Jean.
She's a rescue and uh she's going to be eight actually, and she's she's good, still like little feisty little thing.
I know you have like songs for her.
I mean, of course, Billie Jean, I I sing to her all the time. But there's an Elton John song that I'm just completely blank.
Is it going to be a duet? Billie Jean?
Yeah, and yeah, it is. And I say Billie is the best. Billie Billie is the best.
So, Pitch Perfect, the franchise is ridiculous. It's through the roof. Now, you guys have covered so many different songs. Is there one song that you're like absolutely in love with right now that you wish that you guys would have been able to cover.
Oh, gosh. Um maybe not one specific song, but I feel like we we really missed out on on doing any like Sam Smith or any of those runs. I mean, Esther Dean could have killed that. She she just all the things with this. She does not play around at all.
No, she doesn't.
And so we sadly we didn't do any Sam Smith, which I wish we would have done.
Now can we talk about Love Is Louder?
Yeah.
Fill us in. Obviously, it's a a great movement. But uh what inspired you to to create it and
Yeah, so back in 2010, uh the Jed Foundation and MTV and I, we started this movement that kind of originated from just a place of wanting a group of people to come together and and realize they weren't alone. No matter what, you know, you were going through, whether it was bullying or self-esteem, you didn't have to belong to a certain group in order to feel like your story mattered and there wasn't something that set you apart from anyone else. So, it's a collective of people that really are just, you know, band together to to feel connected and supported. And now we're actually starting up a podcast, which I'm excited about. Talking about hating my voice, that's really going to be something. I might not be listening to
You hating your voice. Oh my God. Before we started, she was like, "My voice, I don't like it."
I know, but a podcast, I think you have to listen to your voice a lot. So, I don't know what I'm going to do about that. But I feel like my guests hopefully will will talk more than I do.
Yeah, sort of kind of. Or maybe you'll just get used to your voice. How about that?
I think that's the point of the podcast is having them talk. So, that'll be in my favor.
Right, right, right. Fair enough. So, how has um Love Is Louder impacted your life?
I think it's one of the best things that I get to do. I think acting and and singing and is so much There's so much passion there and I love it. But it's, you know, kind of an egotistical sort of thing sometimes because you're thinking about yourself. And this is something that I feel I really get to uh give back, but also be a part of something that's way bigger than me. At the end of the day, we're all going through the same thing.
So, the fact that you were able to create this movement for a great cause. I love it.
Thanks.
Hound it. Yeah. Hound it. I could legit talk to you all day. So, freaking good talking to you. Do you want to just like stay?
No, seriously, I have so much other stuff to do. But I'm going to There's a lot of candy and crafts here. I'm I'm good. I can just stay right here.
Yeah, just stay here and talk. It would be great. I love it. I love it. I will see you guys later. This is Brittany Snow.
