I'm so excited. I have a Grammy. I can't believe it. I've dreamed of this night my whole life and now it's here.

Oh my gosh. Colbie, you were nominated for a few and you got it for Best Pop Collaboration with Jason Mraz. For Lucky and you're a lucky girl for that. What was the moment like for you on stage?

Oh my God. You know everyone always cries and I just didn't think I was gonna cry and of course walking up there I started crying and like I couldn't even really speak because I, you know, we're so emotional, but um wonderful. I've had an amazing day today and um I'm so proud of Jason and my friend Tim Fagan who we wrote the song together.

Do you have a place for your Grammy? Do you know where you're gonna put it?

I don't. Probably in my bedroom cause that's where I am most or at my parent's house because they they might wanna look at it every day more.

What was maybe one of your favorite performances tonight that you saw?

Beyoncé always. I got to meet her tonight. First of all, I seriously almost started crying. Like I went up to her. I was like, I love you so much. Um but her voice is beautiful and she's such a sweet woman. I just, I love her.

You look gorgeous tonight. This is a beautiful dress. Tell me what you're wearing.

This is Nicholas Gebron and uh I I found it at a gifting event like a couple days ago. Wow. Fell in love with it and he let me borrow it tonight.

So what was it like preparing for tonight? Getting ready and all of that? Did you have a full day of pampering yourself?

Full day. It started early. Um my uh makeup and hair guy um Torsten, he came over and did my hair and makeup and everyone was in my room helping me get dressed and painting my toenails and just doing all that fun girly stuff.

How are you feeling? How was the Grammy?

Oh, so far so great. Like I'm I'm happy.

So exciting. I mean you know, you were the first one when I first talked to Lady Gaga, you know, she was just saying how you just made her the freaking girl. Look at that. I love that shirt.

Yeah. I like it.

Can you believe just the success she has over just a small amount of time. I mean it's it's a blessing period.

I see her watch so and watch her work so hard for here all the way to superstar to now it's like Right. It's enjoying just to watch her be successful, you know.

So what was exciting about the Grammy tonight? Who did you love?

Well, the most I mean the tribute for Michael Jackson was one. That was like the most memorable part outside of watching Lady Gaga perform with Elton John.

Uh-huh.

Like Yeah, it's so insane. You know what I mean?

I'm with Jay Sean once again. Who's here? Yes he is. Who's here? He's actually part of the team now. I have officially made it

I'm wearing French Connection. Everybody seems to love it. Colbie Caillat just said that she wanted the dress, so There you go. This is wonderful, this one.

And what does a Grammy's mean to you?

The Grammy's mean that it's the best time of the year because music is my life.

Wow. Amazing. There you have it. Backstage, the Grammy's post party. Jay Sean. Now who was maybe one of the best ones tonight that uh that you saw?

You gotta Yeah. Really? She gave me the chills, man. When she sings, I don't care, there's no no artist on earth that I can hear who can blow like her. Her music, her voice is incredible. It's just incredible.

Jay Sean, you guys collaborated on on yeah, on a remix. He's here. He's inside. We're not gonna get him wasted. We love that guy. I mean, he's been like back and forth with Young Hollywood. Um he's definitely had like a big year this year. What do you say, what do you say maybe like working with him again or anything soon?

Yeah, we are actually, um I was trying to get him in the studio while he was here to jump on a record. So

We need to go get him right now though. We ain't gonna work tonight. It's all about partying. What's the best part about the Grammys? Grammys, there's so many awards shows, but what is it about the Grammys?

Um, you know, it's just LA. It's always good to come to LA and like what I like is when you go net when you network, you meet people you never would have met before. Like, like that's what Grammy's is. You you go hang out with some country western people or some Latin people. Like, you know what I mean? You go hang out with all types of different people. Yeah. And you meet and sometimes that's how you create beautiful friendships and create some new music, so.

Right. And it's respect all the other genres, you guys all come together.

Exactly.
