Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, oh. Yeah, yeah. Oh, oh. Luxury. Ching, ching, could buy anything, drop that. Oh, oh. I'm Schoolboy Q and I consider myself Schoolboy Q, you know. I'm a rapper. Finally the illest cript and I guarantee. I spit harder than concrete. Surprise I got teeth, my lungs in hell keep. Pay your team with THC. From Fidos who against the Crip. That's where I'm from. It's my nigga Jay Rock, he from Eastside Nickerson Garden, Bonnie Hone. Eastside. Blood gang. We from LA and Watts. Growing up in LA was real easy, like people make it seem harder than what it is, bro. Like play your cards right, handle your candle and you'll be all right, you know what I'm saying?
Like get down when you got to get down. Get away when you got to get away. Do your work when you got to do your work. Support your fam, you got to support your fam. Do what you got to do to survive, you know. It's like everywhere else. This tattoo right here high powered. I wrote it myself, you know, in my handwriting. Mean that's that's the label, that's the that's the homies. It's you know, it's unity, it's us, you know what I'm saying? Like if you don't know about that then damn. Like high powered. What inspires me to write my lyrics? Nothing, me. You know, I inspire myself. I'm a rapper, but I'm not a rapper that just raps, you know, like I talk about my life, you know what I'm saying?
Like I put my life in my music. Hardfield with our pain, fire in my soul. Burn through my shoe strain, came up from bust gang. Doo rags and flat lines, drug vibes at bedtime. Get down on hard times, someone lost their grandchild. My first song, my first lyrics. When I wrote it, um, I was 16. To the watcher uh two beat. I was just rap rhyming, you know, that's the startup. It was just trying to rhyme and get the shit together, right. You know, like just put a 16 out, you know what I'm saying? That rhyme good. The most craziest, dangerous thing I've ever done was be 200 pounds and stage dive. That's pretty dangerous. They don't want to catch your fat ass. That type of shit.
Like I stage dive a lot. Craziest fan story I ever encountered with one of my fans, my hood tattooed on him. But you know, a lot of my fans are are white, you know what I mean? And he had my hood, he had a big ass Figueroa on his arm. And I told him he was crazy 'cause he don't even know what that mean really, you know, like it's a street sign, yeah, but it's a little deeper than just, you know, getting it 'cause I scream it. Oh, oh. Collard greens, banging beans, looking out for me, drop that. Oh, oh. Yo, I'm Schoolboy Q. Chilling with the homie Jay Rock. And you're watching Young Hollywood. Fuck with me.
