What's up Young Hollywood? It's Michelle Marie. We are here with Audio Push who just got off stage here at Crenshaw High for the Lunchtime Takeover, which is presented by Chic Shoes. It's called Stepping In The Right Direction. And it's great that you guys are out here with the kids performing for them. How's it been?
It's been fun, man, like we reach out to the kids and get a lot of them into our record. And we get to talk to them and you know, just advise them to do the right thing as far as school and everything, so it's fun, man. I have a good time.
So what made you guys get involved with Stepping In The Right Direction?
We always been wanting to get in touch with the youth and all that so as soon as they told us we was with it, so we just been out here rocking.
Well you guys were rocking the stage. I saw you bringing a couple of the guys up on stage and the girls. They were dancing. The kids just love to party to him, so it was crazy.
We had Dollars Rock and Be Nice, our dancers, man. They was on there turnt up with it so. Second guest: Nice.
They got the people going crazy so it was nuts.
Right. Now, what was your high school life like?
Oh, man, we um it was it was crazy, man. Lots of Ahem, crunk was heavy, lots of dancing craziness, lots of girls. So that's what that was a big distraction. No, but um the rough high school's I get it. I get it both ways. So like, like Price said, like for them to come and just be like, forget all the negativity, man. We just gonna party with ya. It's a dope thing, man. It's real big. For real.
All right, what advice would you give to some of these kids that are out there right now struggling through all these these growing pains?
Um, my advice would be find something you're good at, chase it. So like, whatever you have fun doing, that's genuine fun, make that your goal, man, make it your dream and live your dream out, man. Go 100% at it because that's the only way you're gonna get focused enough to want to even make it out of here. It's find something. Attach yourself to something.
Well, you guys are also um promoting your new single. You guys have a brand new single out. It's called Up and Down.
I just wanna touch you let you know exactly how it feels to be in my arms. Cuz girl, you gon' feel my body with your body. And you see how that feels. You won't wanna go home. Cuz you know we gon' go up up up down up down up. And we go up down up down up down up.
It's all about the slow jams right now, huh?
Yeah, all the girls are feeling it. It's getting cold. It's uh cuddling season now. No, so they digging this song, they digging this song, it's crazy.
This is good timing, right?
Yes, definitely.
And the last time I saw you guys, you guys taught me how to jerk and also how to do the Re-jerk. Do you remember that?
Yes, I definitely remember that. I definitely remember that. So that's why I remember like you were probably one of the only people that learned that.
Put your knees to the ground. Take it down, dig it down, down, down, dig it down, take it down, dig it down. Put your knees to the ground. Take it down, dig it down.
What's the new move for you guys?
Um, shout out to the Rejex. We like doing the Cat Daddy now. They they made up a little dance called the Cat Daddy.
All right. Well, on that note, I want you guys to leave me with the Cat Daddy. Can you guys do that for me?
All right. Can we do it?
Wheelchair. Punch. Punch. Wheelchair, wheelchair.
Okay. You learn so fast.
Every dance we do, she be like one, two, three, go.

Hey, hey. Yeah, you could, that's why. See, you can go low. Hey. That's the swag, right? She always get it just down pat.
