Welcome to Younghollywood. com. Oh, Harley Pasternak and we got him out of the gym today. We got him in Malibu, but there's a little workout that you're about to see, so stick around and check it out.

Harley Pasternak

You're going to do it too.

Young Hollywood

Am I? Uh-oh. Am I able to do it?

Harley Pasternak

You got to do it. You're dressed for it almost.

Young Hollywood

I could do it with a suit?

Harley Pasternak

Yeah. Jeans and all.

Young Hollywood

All right, workout. I'm going to do it too. Wish me luck.

Harley Pasternak

So what we're going to do today is a sample of a five-factor workout. The five-factor workout is made up of five phases. Phase one is a cardio warm-up. When we're done with our cardio warm-up, we're going to go through a circuit of upper body strength, lower body strength, abdominal strength. We're going to repeat those a few times and end off with a cardio cool down. Really simple. Five phases of five minutes each. All right, open space where you can swing your arms. Start off, just march it out. Just going to march it out. It's so funny how unnatural it is for a lot of people to march, like that. Everybody, look at that. We're marching it out. We're going to move to a jog. Somebody give me back some money, please. Anybody a Jay-Z fan? Three, two, one, jumping jacks, open. Perfect. Right out that door into your mat. All the way. You're doing better than I can. I'm going to pull you to me, okay? Okay. So you're going to bring them down right here on either side of your head. As soon as you're done 30, you're going to walk down to the beach, go right back to the front of the house and walk lunges down to the end again. Keep your whole way up. This is also cardio. Good. Once you're done 50, everybody stand up. Down to the beach, let's go. Everybody grab a bottle of smart water. Everybody grab a bottle of smart water. Let's go. Okay, here's what's going to happen. The first person in line is gonna throw their smart water as far as they can. Everybody's going to sprint to that. The next person's going to throw it as far as they can. Good work. Good work. Good work. We're almost there. You're almost done. You're almost done. Let's go.

I don't know where I am. I don't know how this guy talked me into it, but we survived. And that was 25 minutes?

Harley Pasternak

25 minutes. That was it. Five phases, five minutes each phase.

Young Hollywood

Five minutes. That's it. And how often do you have to do that?

Harley Pasternak

Five days a week. Different body parts each day. It gets easier and easier. I swear.

Young Hollywood

My my fingers are crossed. My fingers are crossed. But there you go. This guy didn't break out a sweat. His hair isn't even like moving. It was like nothing.

Harley Pasternak

We had good music today. We had something to drink. We had drank. We had great weather. We had a great location. I mean, this was fantastic.
