We're sitting down now with Sally Hershberger. Sally, it's such a pleasure to sit down with you. And I was just saying that your style is so awesome, and you're like the most effortless person probably that I've talked to in the longest time. So

Oh, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I like effortless-looking hair in general. You know, even if I do a hairdo, I just want to like kind of tousle it. I'm into sexy hair that moves. So

Who has the sexiest hair out there right now?

Honestly, I think those commercial has the sexiest hair at the moment. It's just like got that right tousledness and very un-hairdresser-y looking.

Yeah, so how did you create today's look then, for the shoot?

You know, Gail and I have worked together before, so we have the same sensibility. It's just like a work in progress. She had ideas, I have ideas. It had to feel very kind of street and urban. A little bit cool. You know, so together, we banged it out.

Well, they had a DJ here. And the DJ has been playing really good music. I have to say. So that's been good. That got everybody energized. Yeah. We've been dancing around.

What advice do you give to people that really want that effortless, kind of easygoing look, and they don't really have a lot of time? They're the girl on the go.

Well, you definitely need like the right kind of haircut and color. Um, and the right products. You know, 50% of great hair is the product that you use. You know, they're very hand-in-hand. I couldn't make all the great hair moments in my career without product.

You've had a lot of great hair moments too. And and you've spent, you know, so much of your career in the business of beauty. I've got to ask you, what is beautiful to you?

Confidence. Confidence. Yeah. Somebody who's confident, that's strong, that's opinionated, that's a leader.
