Noah Beck on Trying Things & Playing Soccer Against Messi

Well, congratulations on Nobec Try Things season two. Are you excited? For to come out?

Super excited, thank you. Um, yeah, it's it's a fun one. Uh, I think this one we've definitely, definitely elevated Nobec Try Things from the from season one for sure, but uh, yeah, it's fun and I hope you guys enjoy it. It'll be out October 8th, so a few days, actually. Uh, um, that's. Yeah, honestly, I I'm very willing to try just about everything. And like I like that being part of my brand is like trying everything and if I'm not good at it, at first, I will I like I'll work hard to be good. I just like to be good at everything where singing is one of those things where I feel like I'm almost it's almost hopeless at this point. Yeah, probably probably no singing for me. Um, I I in season one, I came close and did like rapping with Larry and that took all of all of me, cuz I did choir here and there in high school, but I'll never do like a solo. Never. No, no. That's an interesting question, cuz I mean, before, that's really interesting. Like I it's such an odd question to be asked, but it's also, I would want to know that as well, like how do people just interact like that. Um, yeah. Uh, with Blake, it was kind of like because I'm so close with Blake, and Blake and I are roommates and we have been for the past year. It's almost just like a, yo, I'm filming it's almost like being in a TikTok. I'm like, yo, I'm filming filming season two of of Noabec Try Things. Like, do you want to be in it again? And he was just kind of like, yeah, like when? And there was nothing more than that. Whereas asking someone who I don't see as much, but I'm still really good friends with, such as, I would say Markel, but I live with Markel now, so it's but when I filmed it, we weren't living together. Um, so but yeah, the text with Markel was probably like We'll actually I actually remember the answer exactly. Like, I I texted him like, "Hey, I'm doing season two of Noabec Try Things." Uh, I don't know if you've seen it, but like, here's a link if you want to go check out season one. And he like texted back. He was like, I can't say all of what he said cuz he's a bit explicit sometimes, but he was like, "Yeah, I saw." He's like, "Don't be stupid. I saw it." And he was like, "Of course I'll be in it." Like, Markel's hype to be in there. He's always so great to have on set. Um, and then, yeah, as long as going with the other guys that I texted, um, like they're all just amazing. Just a quick text and they asked a few questions like, "Yeah, sure, what time?" Like, I had I had a few uh, shut-downs just because of scheduling, but other than that, yeah, everyone was so willing and amazing. Um, You know, ever since I started TikTok, one of the things that I did on TikTok was uh, POVs, and like most of the POVs that I would do, if you don't know what a POV is, it was basically just like an acting lip-sync kind of thing. It was like, yeah, it was like an acting lip-sync pretty much. So, um, like a voiceover. And I would do POVs when I first started out, and I was still doing them here and there now, but like not as much as I used to. And I would often choose like the the Noah Schnapp, uh, rom-com kind of roles. The ones that were just easy to do cuz I'm not going to sit here and like do a ton of like crying scenes over TikTok, but it was very just like flirty and like charming, like that kind of thing, you know, to kind of like grab the the watcher in a sense, the viewer. Um, but yeah, if I were to do acting, I'd probably throw myself in that kind of role. Like a rom-com kind of role. Which you may see soon. Which you may see soon. Just throwing that out there. That's a great uh, I don't know. I just want to play with them. I want to play with them both. I don't know if I would want to play against either of them, to be honest. But uh, if I had to, I don't know. If we're talking like 1v1 here, yeah, definitely neither of them, because those two are some of the best and most like dynamic players in in the world and like will take you on with no hesitation. But like, look, I can I can like talk about soccer all day and I can go in depth of like why I would choose one or the other. Um, but we don't have all day, so I'll probably say I know I said I don't have all day, I really don't know. Um, probably Messi. Honestly, yeah, probably Messi, just to say I played against Messi. That'd be pretty cool. And Neymar's a boy, so.
