Hey, Young Hollywood, I'm Michelle Homa. Today, we're here with Kat Von D and Bam. They're gonna be signing a skateboard that is a Bam Pro Edition designed by Kat Von D. How did the collaboration happen?

It's actually three skateboards that if you put 'em all together, it's one big picture. And um, Kat gave me about 20 tattoos now. I gave her three. So, we just decided it would be a good idea, limited edition Element skate decks.

How did you come up with the design concept?

I just figured like, you know, something that was pretty tattoo related, you know, the thing that um, you know, each board is like a girl angel. So, I mean, you can't go wrong with a hot girl with wings. And that's from the first one you gave me that you didn't tell me. I didn't know what he was getting. I thought, I thought you were giving me a dump truck.

How long have you guys been friends now?

Ages.

Seems like 100 years.

Yeah.

Maybe five years now? Yeah. We partied in Philly for the first time. We got to know each other.

Now, you just got done tattooing.

It did this whole thing where like, you know, if you bought the board, you could uh, submit a request, and then uh, they had a random little raffle, and uh, the winner got to come and get a tattoo based off of one of the designs.

Did you uh, get to help out a little bit, Bam?

Yeah, I, I did a little section. It was, it was, it was all just black, so you can't really mess that up too bad. But I heard I had a heavy hand.

You skate yourself?

Um, no, I leave that to the pros, you know, I can't skate in heels, so. But uh, but I've always been a fan of like, um, just skateboard culture in general and just the art behind it.

You guys have amazing fans. How does that feel?

I love it. I mean, I just do what I do and hope that everybody likes it.

Do you have any new tattoos that you wanna get next?

Um, no, I mean, you know, I kind of just play it by ear.

Can you just let anyone tattoo you?

No, just, just my friends. Yeah.

You have the Sephora. Are you gonna do any new palettes?

Um, yeah, actually, I think like the, the new season uh, comes out this week and I have like a tattoo concealer in there, so I'm pretty excited about that cuz I tested it on my hand and it was like, tattoo is completely gone, so it's cool.

So you can cover up your hands when you go to court.

I'm gonna have you sign it right now. So this was the second of the three, so it's like this angel wing turns into the other one when you put them all together, but I figured this was the most striking pose out of all of them so to put it in the center.
