Couples Challenge with TikTok's Sam Kelly & Vincent Gigante

How are you guys? It's late there kind of in the south. Yeah. So today we're going to do a little couple's challenge. We'll ask you a few questions first like people like know a little bit more about you guys for people that don't know you already, but then we'll do the couples challenge at the end, which I think will be really fun.

Okay. So for people that don't know you in the like just throwing through TikTok, what is the story? Like how did you guys actually meet?

Yeah, how did you meet?

So, originally, um, somebody that I knew posted Vincent on Instagram and he used to do those prank videos. So it was like one of his prank videos and I was like, oh my god, this kid's funny, so I followed him. He like DM'd me hard eyes or something, but it was nothing like, you know, nothing happened after that. And then I went to a football game for my town and I thought he lived like somewhere further than me. So when I thought I saw him and I was like, no way, like that's Vincent Gigante. So my friend was like, oh, call his name, call his name. And I pronounced his name wrong. I was calling, uh, Vincent Gigante, Vincent Gigante like screaming it. He never turns around. And then I asked him after, uh, through Instagram, I was like, were you at the game? He's like, yeah.

He, he said he was drunk. I think.

Yeah.

I, I was at the football game, bombed out of my fucking mind.

And so then he added me on Snapchat after that. And then quarantine happened, and during quarantine we were home, so we were just FaceTiming every single night. So before I even like met him officially, we already were so close and like knew each other. So yeah.

This is insane. Do you remember like anything from the football game? Like Sam.

I was just too into it, you know, I don't know.

When you DM'd her the heart eyes at first, did you what did you remember what she replied?

Nah, I didn't really care. I was just like.

Not like, not like the yelling part, but like fooling around and shit like that.

You remember your first like, was it like Sam you were like, oh, like let's make a TikTok or Vincent, were you like, let's make a TikTok? Because like for your first one.

Well, he was doing the TikToks at first and then he like would try to bring me in them and I didn't want to at first. And then we made one together. I think he said, hey guys, this is my sister or something. And then we, and then we kissed and that was like the first one. And it said like really good. So then we just started keep making videos together.

That's so cute. Oh my gosh. Did you think that you would be where you are with the whole TikTok thing? Like people literally, you get like 20 million views on some of your videos.

I know. Yeah, nah, I had no idea. But I always wanted to be, you know, like a content creator. So I was just like, fuck it, I gotta do it, do it, you know?

Yeah. So funny. And so say you were like given a reality show. What do you think would go down in the reality show?

Oh, forget it. Oh my god. I can't even tell you. That thing would be brutal. It'd be crazy, cuz his family, they're all, they're just like him, they're all crazy. So I think that would be insane.

What's one comment that you think you get the most about you guys?

Yeah.

Do you for some of the comments that are just like, oh my god, like you're so brutal. Like do you just like, do you ever want to reply to them be like, guys, it's fine, like whatever, but.

Oh, yeah, sometimes I give in and I reply. Like recently like on my recent post with him, uh, with the grinning filter. There was so much hate about, oh my god, he's so abusive. Girl, you need to leave. Yeah. And I'm like, these are like, they're skits. Like they're acted out. Like he's not actually like that in real life. I love how people like TikTok, it's so easy to believe, obviously it's TikTok. People will scroll through and like legitimately think he's treating me like that, you know? So it's like, oh my god.

See? They get to the views, so we're not complaining. We're not using.

Yeah, exactly.

You remember. Okay, so once you guys met, I guess you could say, I mean it was over FaceTime and stuff, but do you remember the first thing you guys ever said to each other? Besides like the hi or like whatever.

Uh, oh, the first time I FaceTimed you, Vincent. He was so like his jokes, I just didn't get it. Like he would, he would, I would like speak and he would like immediately speak over me. And so I would get like pissed off. Like I didn't understand. And he was just being funny, but I didn't get the jokes. And so like I would get pissed off and then I remember his brother was like, bro, let her speak. And he's like, oh, I'm joking with her. And I didn't even know it was a joke. I just thought he was being rude.

Did it take you a while to like him?

I mean, yeah, like we were like friends at first, but he caught feelings first and like really wanted to date me. And he, he begged to date me for, I swear to god, six months. Like I went off to college to Florida and he was still asking me.

Yeah, cuz I knew she would come back for me, you know.

Yeah, okay. Of course, like obviously, you know.

Wait, so how long have you been together?

What was that? Nine months.

You've been together for nine months.

And who, how did you ask her to be your girlfriend?

I I don't even remember. He would ask me every single day and it was always no, not yet. No, no, I set up rose petals in my room and I had her on the floor. I had her on the bed and I told her, would you date me? No. It was like after, was it after Thanksgiving? November 24th. So. Yeah, so no. Is that after Thanksgiving? Is that Thanksgiving? No, the 26th, I think is Thanksgiving. Oh. All right, so I don't know. We were just like watching TV or something and then he asked again and then I just said yes. He said yes, please stop asking. Yes, it's the year. Yes, thank you.

Did you see a difference in like when you were blowing up on TikTok, the amount of people that were hitting you up?

Yeah, I mean, you can kinda see it. Like people that you haven't spoke to in a while, whatever and they want to try and, you know, use you and all that bullshit. Yeah. But I, I never answer those kids back. I don't really give a. You know.

So specific for you guys, because you're literally like a couple TikTok, you know? So it's like it's you, like you two are the TikTok. You know what I mean? Like. You're not dancing like on dancing on there. Um, who talks about marriage more, if you do?

Nah, yeah, yeah. YouTube, we're definitely doing more of that because I mean, we slowed down a little bit on that. Yeah. But we're trying to get back on it. We're definitely going to put more content out on YouTube. And then Vincent also has merch that he's going to be selling on his website.

So I know it's hard like when you, you know, are in Jersey versus like LA or you get millions views, it doesn't feel like it, you know, cuz it's like the internet.
