Uh, we're here celebrating the uh Bulletstorm sneak peek preview. It's a great shoot 'em up game. Look at 'em. They're such good characters. They're pretty intense. Reminds me of Contra or something like back in the day, so.

I'm kind of intimidated by the characters. Are you?

Don't be scared.

Kind of. You are a plus, let's play together. I'm clearly not a gamer. Come on. Are you a gamer?

Yeah, I'm a gamer. That's why I'm here.

You're also pretty funny.

I know you back from Nickelodeon days, you know?

Yeah.

Good old All That and Kenan and Kel days. Those were good days, man. From Nickelodeon to being one of the funniest guys in the entire world on SNL. How did you do that? For all the funny guys out there trying to make it, trying to be you, Kenan, what do you tell them to do?

I don't know, I guess everybody has a different path of getting there. Like for me, I was just auditioning left and right. And sending them my tape for years and stuff like that.

You've been doing comedy since you were very, very little. You've been in the game for a while. When did you have that moment when you were like, you know what? I'm funny. I'm going to be a comedian. I'm funny.

I I don't know. I just I I'll always get like funny roles in plays and stuff growing up, so I kind of knew I was humorous, but like, I don't know. I pretty much still consider myself more so an actor as opposed to like a comedian, you know what I mean? But I do a lot of comedy work, so I'm I'm more more so approaching it as like a craft as opposed to like, I want to be the funny guy, you know what I mean? Like, I, you know, I like being funny, you know what I mean? But I I like acting too, so I I just like being able to do what like whatever. That's the beauty of being an actor is that you can act funny and you can act sad and you can act, you know, this that and the other, you know what I mean? So, that's the beauty. That's what I love about it.

So, where on the street, do you want to take some more serious roles, maybe become a producer, do some big things?

Why not? I mean, I'm sure every comedian has that alter ego that he wants to like show to the world and stuff. Like, I grew up like doing very serious plays and things like that, so you know, it's not all happy times all over the place. There's a lot of disasters and stuff like that going on in the world. I'm sure like Hotel Rwanda probably opened a lot of eyes for some people and stuff like that. So, if I can figure out like a It doesn't necessarily have to be that tragic necessarily, but

So, one of the things you're known for are impersonating others. How do you pick who you're gonna impersonate? I mean, there are so many people out there that you could possibly impersonate. How do you decide who are going to be your victim?

I don't know. It it's a funny little thing, man. It's just like whoever strikes me funny, I guess. Like, you know, the obvious ones are like people that I can emulate myself, like physically emulate, but like sometimes I like to stretch for it, like the Reba thing, you know what I mean? Like, had Reba streaking. It's a super stretch. That I feel like is the freedom and duty of being an actor too, you know what I mean? Like, being able to just try to encompass whoever you want.
