Worlds Are Set To Collide In Epic Crossover With "Marvel’s Runaways" and "Cloak & Dagger"!

It's a great time to be a superhero fan and a serial binge-watcher. You'd be hard-pressed to find a channel or a streaming service that doesn’t offer a TV version of some epic comic book title. Some would argue that we are living in a golden age of television when it comes those who have powers and protect the innocent. The cool thing about that is, there are so many of them that it becomes inevitable that some of their paths may cross. Marvel is known for crossing over their properties and bringing heroes together to fight a common threat. And now they are at it again as two YA series will find themselves smack-dab in the middle of a crossover episode. The upcoming season of the Hulu series "Marvel’s Runaways" will see them team up with the stars from the Freeform series Marvel's "Cloak & Dagger".

"Marvel's Runaways" is set to return for its 3rd season, and apparently along the way they will need a little help from some new friends. During the 10 episodes, Tyrone Johnson AKA Cloak and Tandy Bowen AKA Dagger will be meeting up with the titular hero crew. Fans will remember that the last time we saw the "Cloak & Dagger" duo, they were leaving New Orleans on a bus in the hopes of being able to help people elsewhere. Now we know that some of those people will be the Runaways. And it seems from the reveal teaser that actors Aubrey Joseph and Olivia Holt are very excited to assist their newfound superior allies.

As for "Runaways", the 3rd season will follow the group of enhanced misfits as they attempt to find Gert Yorkes, Karlina Dean, and Chase Stein, who have been captured. The Runaways will have an unstoppable threat to deal with, one who is targeting the unborn child inside of Leslie. Nico Minoru and the evil dark realm ruler Morgan Le Fay, played by Elizabeth Hurley, will also be a factor in the upcoming iteration. So it's safe to say that these heroes could use all the help they can get. Fans should be excited because they are in for one wild ride when these worlds collide.

Keep an eye out for the crossover when "Marvel's Runaways" returns for its third season on December 13.
