Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards buy mansion - report

Engaged pop stars Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards have bought a $4.8 million mansion close to London, according to a U.K. report.

The pair, which has been engaged since 2013, has been dogged by split rumours since March (15) when Malik was spotted with another girl in Thailand, shortly before he quit One Direction in a bid to live a normal life.

They have now proved their relationship is still going strong by reportedly purchasing a six-bedroom, five bathroom property which sits on 25-acres of land just outside London.

According to Britain's The Sun newspaper, the property is split into two wings and boasts a games room, gym and cinema, and the estates comes with a guest cottage, paddock, orangery and kennels.

A source says, "They're engaged and need somewhere they can both call home - and this house is it... It's got everything they need and gives them a safe haven to base themselves when they're both in London and Perrie isn't away on tour."
