British singer Ed Sheeran has turned down an offer to create a perfume because he fears no one will buy it.
The Thinking Out Loud hitmaker was approached to follow in the footsteps of One Direction, Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber by releasing a fragrance, but he turned it down because he is convinced the public thinks he smells like "sweat, shame and stale cigarettes".
Sheeran tells Britain's The Sun newspaper, "Someone was asking me about setting up my own perfume the other day... I think I look like I don't wash. I do shower twice a day but I don't think anyone would buy a perfume."
