Tyga ordered to pay settlement in sexual assault lawsuit
Rapper Tyga has been ordered to pay a woman $25,000 plus lawyer fees as part of a sexual assault lawsuit.
Allison Brown launched a lawsuit against the 26 year old in 2013, claiming she was given alcohol on the set of a video, and coerced into removing her top so a man could grope her.
Earlier this year (15), the case was settled out of court and Tyga
reportedly agreed to pay $50,000 to Brown. However, the hip-hop
star, real name Michael Nguyen-Stevenson, failed to pay the a
remaining balance of $25,000 and according to TMZ.com, he has been
ordered to pay Brown the funds plus $16,000 in lawyers fees.
The news marks the latest financial woe for the hip-hop star, who
is dating reality TV regular Kylie Jenner, as he was recently
accused of owing his landlord $70,000 in unpaid rent.
He was also hit with a $20,000 tax bill earlier this year (16).
