Charaf Eddine Elmoudden of London pleaded not guilty to one count
of burglary at the hearing.
According to London's Evening Standard newspaper, prosecutor Mark
Kinsey told the court that Rita and her sister, Elena, "may be
required" to appear at the trial, scheduled for 6 June (16).
Elmoudden has been remanded in custody until his trial date.
