Paris Hilton's brother details attack injuries

Paris Hilton's brother Barron has published a picture of his cut and swollen face after he was allegedly beaten up in Florida in the early hours of Friday (06Dec13).

Barron Hilton, 24, was reportedly punched in the face following an all-night party at a rented mansion on Star Island, off the coast of Miami Beach, which was also said to have been attended by troubled actress Lindsay Lohan.

He has now confirmed the attack by posting a picture of his injuries on his Instagram.com page.

The picture shows Hilton's face covered in lacerations, with a painful-looking swollen nose.

Reports suggest Hilton has filed a report with police over the incident, but officials have yet to confirm an investigation is underway.
