Nicki Minaj blasts 'hypocrite' Sharon Osbourne for Anaconda cover art remarks
Nicki Minaj has taken aim at Sharon Osbourne over remarks the TV star made about the rapper's risque Anaconda single cover.
The hitmaker has accused Sharon of being a hypocrite for praising Kim Kardashian for posing naked for a selfie and then referring to the image of herself sporting just a G-string and sports bra as a "cheap porno cover of a DVD'' during a segment on show The Talk.
Nicki has now taken issue with Sharon's remarks in the latest Marie
Claire magazine, stating, "So it wasn't trashy and raunchy when a
white woman did it but it was when a black woman did it (sic)?
"When Kim Kardashian's naked picture came out (Sharon) praised it
and my fans attacked her for being such a hypocrite... It's quite
pathetic and sad but that is my reality and I've gotten accustomed
to just shutting it down."
Sharon was so inspired by mother-of-two Kim's naked selfie earlier
this year (16), she posted a picture of herself mimicking the shot
and tweeted: "@kimkardashian you inspired me!"
