Naya Rivera's high school teacher impressed by actress' new boobs

One of former Glee star Naya Rivera's high school teachers was so impressed with her teenage boob job she asked for the name of her surgeon.

The pretty actress, who played catty cheerleader Santana Lopez in the TV musical series, used her earnings from early TV roles to get a breast enhancement against the wishes of her parents - when she was still at school.

"I was 18, I was, like, a senior (at school) and I was already checked out of that year at school," she tells Access Hollywood Live. "I was just like, 'I'll be out for a week, I need my assignments'."

Naya was very happy with the results of her surgery, even though she couldn't raise her arms, and one teacher in particular was very impressed and asked for a referral: "It was completely inappropriate. (That's) the public school system (for you)."

The actress and singer also opens up about her body issues, eating disorder, and her decision to terminate a baby at the height of her fame on Glee in her new book Sorry Not Sorry.

The 29-year-old told People magazine she had just broken up with Ryan Dorsey, the man who was to become her husband and the father of her one-year-old son Josey, in late 2010 when she discovered she was expecting his child.

Naya opted to terminate the pregnancy on a day off from shooting an episode of Glee and keep the whole thing a secret from friends, castmates and her then-ex.

But now she's telling all to help girls who also find themselves weighing up the pros and cons of becoming young moms: "It was very scary to open up about everything (in the book)," she explains. "It's not something a lot of people talk about, but I think they should. I know some people might read it and say, 'What the hell?' But I hope someone out there gets something out of it."
