Model Hana Nitsche offering reward for lost dog

Russell Simmons' model girlfriend Hana Nitsche is offering up a $5,000 reward to help locate her lost dog.

The German beauty has appealed to her Twitter.com fans to spread the word about her Chihuahua, Ivy, who disappeared in West Hollywood on Tuesday (10Sep13).

She has shared numerous photos of her beloved pet online and in a post on Friday (13Sep13), she writes, "IVY still missing. Im (sic) really getting desperate. Please help to find her and bring her home to her family."

Nitsche has also plastered posters about the reward around Hollywood in an effort to find her pooch, according to TMZ.com.
