Miranda Kerr partied with fashion pack before split announcement

Supermodel Miranda Kerr took her mind off her marriage split from Orlando Bloom by mixing with the fashion crowd at a Vogue magazine prizegiving in Los Angeles on Wednesday night (23Oct13).

A representative for the couple confirmed on Friday (25Oct13) that they had separated several months ago after six years together.

Just days before the shock announcement, Kerr attended the CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Awards, which celebrate the work of 10 up-and-coming designers at the Chateau Marmont hotel.

The Australian beauty looked carefree as she mixed with fellow guests including Victoria and David Beckham, Vogue editor Anna Wintour, actress Lena Dunham, model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and stylish couple Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson.

Kerr had hinted at the split by removing her wedding band, but she kept her huge diamond engagement ring in place.

Meanwhile, Bloom is concentrating on his Broadway debut in Romeo and Juliet, which premiered last month (Sep13).

The couple wed in 2010 and has a two-year-old son, Flynn.
