Miley Cyrus mocks tabloid cover on Twitter

Miley Cyrus has mocked the editors of tabloid In Touch by changing her Twitter.com avatar to feature the cover of its latest issue, which features a photo of her with the phrase "I need help!"

The Wrecking Ball hitmaker is taking aim at the latest rumors about her alleged troubled life by poking fun of false reports in the media.

This past Friday (01Nov13), Cyrus changed her profile picture to the In Touch magazine cover, which shows the singer with mascara tear tracks rolling down her cheeks, alongside the caption: "Miley finally admits: I need help!"

The cover also features a photo of Cyrus getting close to a male, who is in fact her best friend and assistant Cheyne Thomas, with a line that reads: "Out of control: 4 men in 4 weeks".

The article suggests that Cyrus, who broke her engagement to fiance Liam Hemsworth in September (13), is engaging in "meaningless hookups" and she is "on the verge of (an) emotional collapse," after hitting "rock bottom".
