Michael Buble and wife take turns working

Singer Michael Buble and his model/actress wife Luisana Lopilato try to arrange their schedules so they don't have to spend too much time apart.

The stars wed in 2011 and are parents to sons Noah, two, and Elias, four months, and Luisana reveals they always do their best to take turns working so they can travel together as a family.

"I told (Michael) I had to shoot a movie the next month and that I would be shooting 13 days, and he said he'd talk to his manager and they'd figure out 13 days he's not working so he can come with me to set," the Argentinian beauty explained of shooting her first American film, Fair Market Value, last year (15). "That's how we do it."

Luisana discovered she was pregnant with their second child just two weeks into filming the romantic comedy, and she was grateful to be able to share her joy with her husband there and then.

"I was so happy to be having a baby and to be doing my first American movie," she smiled to People magazine. "I couldn't ask for more at the time. I had a beautiful and healthy pregnancy, and just being with my husband made me happy.

"I'm not happy if I don't have my family around, and, really, I can do both because I have a husband who supports me."

Luisana will be playing the role of supportive wife in 2017, when she reveals Michael will be hitting the road for a new live show after recovering from vocal cord surgery.

"I know next year Michael starts his tour, so I'm planning to work this year since he has more time off, and next year I'm planning to go on tour with him," she added.

Michael, 40, revealed on Wednesday (18May16) he had to cancel a pair of upcoming events to undergo treatment.

Meanwhile, the 29-year-old insists life as a mother-of-two has been fairly easy so far because "they just eat and sleep, eat and sleep".

"It was crazy the first two weeks, but then it started to get easier and easier because we had everything we needed," Luisana said. "I think it's gonna get difficult when he (Elias) is Noah's age because he's so active - he wants to run and play sports, and he talks so much. It's going to be crazy when Noah is four and Elias is two, but, for now, it's pretty easy."
