Louis Tomlinson's ex addresses 'fake baby' rumours
Louis Tomlinson's baby mama Briana Jungwirth has blasted claims that their son Freddie isn't real.
Following Freddie's birth in January (16), several One Direction fans started the bizarre theory that the baby was in fact a doll. They cited reasons such as a change in Briana's eye colour in pictures and a similarity between an image of Freddie's feet and stock images of babies' feet.
Briana had remained silent on the odd claims but decided to speak
out when MTV News shared an image of Louis holding Freddie on their
Instagram page, with the baby's face blanked out and replaced with
question marks.
They captioned the picture: "Where's Freddie? #LarryIsReal."
The name "Larry" is a reference to the nickname 1D fans gave Louis
and bandmate Harry Styles when they hilariously linked them in a
romantic relationship.
Following MTV News' post, Briana, 24, took it upon herself to
comment on the picture, insisting she's had enough of the
allegations about her little boy.
"Sorry but that is just cruel," she wrote. "I don't usually speak
out much, but I'd like to know how would you feel as a new proud
mother reading something like this?
"How dare anyone call my child fake. That's sick and morally wrong.
Say all you'd like but I won't let anyone take away the happiness I
have for my baby son. I know Louis won't either."
Since Briana's post, several members of the Jungwirth/Tomlinson
clan have come forward to share their own picture "proof" that
Freddie is in fact a real life child.
Louis, 24, himself shared a gorgeous picture of his son on his
Instagram page on Thursday (07Apr16), showing the tot cradled in a
giraffe cushion with a football between his feet. Louis captioned
the shot with a football emoji.
Speaking recently about becoming a parent, Louis said he was
thoroughly enjoying the experience.
"(Fatherhood) is good. It's intense. It's really exciting," he told
ITV2 at the BRIT Awards in London earlier this year (16).
