London's rep denies assault allegations

A representative for Jeremy London has denied allegations the actor was embroiled in a scuffle with his girlfriend on Friday (18Nov11) after police issued a warrant for his arrest.

The former Party of Five star is wanted for questioning by Palm Springs police in California after his unnamed partner claimed an argument outside her home turned nasty.

London's spokesman Dominic Friesen insists the 39 year old understands officers want to speak to him, but has vehemently denied the allegation of assault.

He says, "This accusation is a false allegation and no such abuse occurred. However, we understand that the police have to follow protocol in issuing an arrest warrant, which is completely standard when any woman complains of domestic abuse. These allegations will soon be proven false."
