LMFAO deny rumors of a permanent split
Electropop duo Lmfao have denied rumors of a permanent split, telling fans they plan to return from their hiatus stronger than ever.
The Party Rock Anthem hitmakers recently revealed they are taking a break to work on solo projects, leading to speculation of a split.
However, the pair - uncle-and-nephew team Redfoo and SkyBlu -
insist they will only be taking a temporary hiatus and will be
recording together again soon.
SkyBlu tells MTV News, "Well, you know, first of all, we're not
breaking up. I know that for sure. We're family and stuff, so it's
always love.
"It'll free up our minds and stuff to be able to take on another
LMFAO project because the next one we do it's got to be that like
amazing, amazing crazy album and stuff like that.
"It's kind of like, let us get our wind up, let us kind of show the
world who we are as individuals and then we come together stronger
than ever."
