Lindsay Lohan spends Halloween at the morgue
Lindsay Lohan had the ultimate Halloween experience on Monday (31Oct11) - she showed up for another day at the Los Angeles County Morgue.
The actress is trying to convince Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner that she's serious about the community service she was handed after violating her probation earlier this year (11) - and that meant giving up a little Halloween fun to work among the dead at the morgue.
The Mean Girls star's community service at the Downtown Women's
Shelter in Los Angeles was recently terminated after Lohan
repeatedly failed to show up.
And, at a hearing last week (26Oct11), Judge Sautner ordered her to
spend at least 16 hours working at the morgue pending this week's
(02Nov11) follow-up hearing.
Lohan was late to work on her first day, but she has since complied
with all the requirements, according to coroner's officials.
Monday marked the actress' fourth day at the morgue.
In total, Lohan was sentenced to 120 hours of community service for
violating a 2007 drunk driving probation and for a necklace theft
conviction.
