Lil Scrappy facing lawsuit over unpaid rent
Written by . Published: November 29 2015
Rapper Lil Scrappy is facing a lawsuit from his landlord over missed rent payments on his Atlanta, Georgia home.
Randy Williams of the Williams Property Group alleges the hip-hop star owes $4,000 (GBP2,500) in back rent, late fees, utility bills and court costs and has threatened to evict him if he fails to pay.
The rapper, real name Darryl Richardson, has yet to respond to the
lawsuit, but this isn't the first time he has faced legal action
from bosses at the company - in January (15), he was sued over
unpaid rent, but the case was later dropped, according to
Bossip.com.
He also lost a home to foreclosure in 2010.
