Lil Peep's tragic death has prompted fans to buy up all the merchandise available from his online store.

The 21-year-old rapper was found dead on his tour bus by his manager before a concert in Tucson, Arizona on Wednesday (15Nov17), prompting an outpouring of grief from fans and celebrities, including his ex-girlfriend Bella Thorne.

Caps, hoodies and T-shirts bearing his 'Hellboy' and 'Hellbound' slogans have all sold out, as have posters of the late musician. Prices ranged from $25 for a tour T-shirt to $66.60 for an embroidered hoodie.

According to TMZ.com, staff at The HYV, the company that handles his merchandise, are struggling with the volume of orders - resulting in delays to deliveries for those who managed to bag a memento.

Investigators suspect Peep, real name Gustav Ahr, died from a drug overdose, but officials at the Pima County Medical Examiner's office said an initial autopsy has proved inconclusive.

The rapper was known for referencing his drug use in lyrics and on social media, having claimed to have taken psychedelic mushrooms, Xanax and Percocet in recent Instagram posts.

Music stars including Mark Ronson, Post Malone, and Sam Smith all posted online tributes to the rapper after hearing of his death.
